Apple DEP Organization Details issue

Hi All,

My parent company in the US just added me as a DEP admin. So I've signed up and now need to add some resellers in.

But I can't see how. The Help says once logged in there is a pop-up menu in the top right and to select Organization Details from this.

But there is no pop-up menu in the top right on any page.....I can see my name with Feedback and Sign Out options, a ?, and then over on the left the menu with Manage Servers etc..

Is it a permissions thing? Or is the Help wrong and I have to do something else?

I would like to get cracking on with this but my US guys aren't at work at this time.
